Jeff Young
Jeff Young is a direct response television pioneer and veteran with an extensive background in all aspects of DRTV. He joined ShadowBox Pictures as a principle in 1996 and has been responsible for the successful direct response campaigns of such prestigious clients as DIRECTV, Turtle Wax, and Church & Dwight among many others. In addition, Young has extensive experience in negotiating celebrity endorsements for numerous talent including Barbara Eden, Meredith Baxter and Louis Gossett Jr. Prior to ShadowBox, Young began his career in production and entertainment in Los Angeles in the mid 1980’s. He later served as Executive Producer/Program Manager with National Media Corporation, VP Production & Product Development, Body By Jake and VP, Telemerica Media, before joining ShadowBox. He has been the executive in charge of production overseeing hundreds of millions of direct-response television experience.
Chris Carfagno
Chris Carfagno is the Vice President of Business Development & Home Shopping Sales at Shadowbox and former Director of Business Development at QVC. Carfagno has over 20 years of experience in direct response marketing, retail sales and home shopping sales management.
Tom Ervin
Tom has been directing successful DRTV campaigns since joining ShadowBox in 1999. He is responsible for dozens of ShadowBox DRTV long-form and short-form projects, as director, writer, and post-production supervisor. Tom's winning DRTV campaigns include children products with companies such as ColorLoco (BlendyPENS, Color Splitz, Sprayza), Magic Fabric, and Rainbow Brush.
In addition to being very comfortable working with children (and other non-professional talent), Tom directs hundreds of actors and voice-over artists from LA, New York, and everywhere in-between. He also interviews and coaches executives, entrepreneurs, and experts - directing them in an easy-going style through their on-camera appearances.
All these different characters have filled the talented casts for a variety of creative approaches that Tom enjoys directing, including: comedy, lifestyle, testimonial, spokesperson, straightforward product demonstrations, and conceptual animation.

In long-form programs, Tom has optimized the blend of creative approaches to provide a fuller, more compelling story for consumers. His infomercials include: FaceFX(new), Psychic Source (new), Wall Street Mortgage Bankers, and the POWER-Trek Nordic Walking System.
